Commercial Manager – UK

This person will help set our commercial objectives for the upcoming years and have the vision and skills to execute the plan.  This varied role will see the Commercial Manager regularly liaising with customers, prospective customers, and our own marketing and developer functions to drive the commercial direction of the business.  Key experience and attributes.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working on complex and strategic deals with clients (involving procurement, legal, security)
  • Experience of operating in different international markets
  • The ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities and adapt rapidly to a fluid environment
  • Team player with a strong sense of ownership and “get things done” attitude
  • A shared belief that businesses can make a strong positive contribution to society

PHP Developer – UK

This person will be a core member of our development team and will be given product ownership of a part of the Thrive CSR system. They will report to the head of development.

Minimum of 5 years web development experience in PHP and significant exposure to common PHP frameworks
An understanding of web security standards and the process for undertaking secure development – our team is security focused!

  • Experience building and consuming APIs (JSON/SOAP)
  • Proven person of action and delivery focused
  • AWS and MYSQL experience a plus
